Mark has over 20 years of experience practicing in these areas, serving small and large businesses and individual clients.
Mark specializes in succession planning for business and professional clients, for whom he focusses on ensuring effective wealth transfer and navigating potential tax exposures.
Mark obtained joint J.D. and M.B.A degrees from Marquette Law School and Marquette’s College of Business Administration.
Mark serves on the boards of the Catholic Community Foundation and the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin.
