Olivia is an estate planning attorney who advises individuals and families on the creation and implementation of comprehensive estate plans. Her practice includes drafting powers of attorney, wills, and revocable and irrevocable trusts. Olivia prepares a variety of documents tailored to each client’s needs, ranging from basic planning to complex arrangements.
She also provides services for clients after death, including handling post-death administration and probate proceedings.
Olivia also provides tax planning and tax preparation for individuals, estates, and businesses, which allows her to integrate legal and tax considerations into each estate plan.
