The Association for Women Lawyers held its 42nd annual Women Judges’ Night last night at the Wisconsin Club.
FOS shareholder Lauren Maddente, the Association’s Director of Special Events, planned and oversaw the successful evening, which, was attended by nearly 300 people.
The event’s main speaker was retired Court of Appeals judge, Honorable Kitty Brennan. Judge Brennan served on the Court of Appeals, District I, for 11 years.
In addition to forging connections between the female bench and bar, the Association’s Foundation awarded five scholarships to students at Marquette University Law School and the University of Wisconsin Law School.
