Diane Slomowitz focuses her practice on legal research and legal writing, including state and federal trial and appellate court motions and briefs, for the firm’s business and individual clients. Her practice spans all of the firms’ substantive practice areas, from transactional to litigation matters. As such, Diane regularly works with the firms’ other attorneys at each stage of the transaction or litigation process.
Diane is the editor of the firm’s newsletters, The FOS News and The EP Express, and is a primary author of several of the firm’s client alerts.

Convinced of the unlimited power of justice and equality, Diane, a Milwaukee native, spends much of her free time working to make those goals a reality. Diane also enjoys Milwaukee’s theatre scene, the city’s lakefront, and traveling. Although she adored the penguins in Antarctica, Diane returns every two years to her treasured Churchill, Manitoba polar bears.
