Laurna A. Kinnel

Shareholder

Laurna Kinnel focuses her practice on corporate law, intellectual property law, and family law.

Laurna assists business clients at all operational stages, including entity creation and development, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and other financing, succession issues, complex contract negotiations, and employment disputes.

Laurna protects businesses’ and individuals’ intellectual property rights through domestic and international trademark registrations and prosecutions, counseling clients in the selection, maintenance, protection, and enforcement of these increasingly valuable property rights.

Integrating her business experience into her family law practice, Laurna avoids a “one-size-fits-all” approach to family matters. Her approach varies from settlement-based to traditional litigation-based divorce.
