Attorney Liz Simonis, who has several years of corporate and business transactional experience and over five years of industry experience, has joined Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C. as an associate attorney.
Liz, a Wisconsin native, is a member of FOS’s corporate, transactional, and real estate practice groups.
In addition to providing direct legal services to business clients, she assists the firm’s transactional practice group in business mergers and acquisitions. Liz also counsels clients on both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Before joining FOS, Liz began her legal career at a large national firm in Milwaukee, where she provided guidance on complex EPA and FDA regulatory issues. Most recently, Liz provided general corporate and transactional legal services for a respected firm in southeastern Wisconsin.
Liz also served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. M. Joseph Donald of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Liz worked for over 5 years in technical sales and marketing in the agribusiness industry.
