Clients and colleagues:
The spreading threat of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout Wisconsin, the U.S., and the world has caused heightened anxiety and concerns regarding the public health and potential business disruptions.
Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C.’s primary concern is for the welfare of our clients, our employees, and their families. We are taking appropriate steps during the COVID-19 threat to protect the health and well-being of all involved. At the same time, we want to assure you that we remain available to address all your legal needs.
When legal needs arise, FOS wants you to rest assured that the firm is taking affirmative steps to protect the public health while continuing to efficiently provide legal services. We will continue to work to provide you the same high-quality legal services you have depended on for more than 50 years. Since the beginning of the virus’ spread late last year, we have responded to many different virus-related questions from our clients. The firm’s established protocols, created for these types of emergencies, include secure out-of-office processes and video conferencing.
In the days and weeks to come, all levels of government may impose additional associational, and legal restrictions affecting every person and business. At the same time, Congress is working on legislation to provide financial relief caused by the coronavirus. We are reviewing the latest information regarding this legislation, as well as other governmental proposals, as well as information from public health experts on the virus’ effects on our clients’ industries.
If you have any questions, we are just a phone call or email away.
Be well.
FOX, O’NEILL, & SHANNON, S.C.
