Liz Simonis is a corporate attorney with experience in many forms of transactional law, including contracts, business transactions and corporate governance. She assists clients in growing their businesses by devising creative legal solutions that align with clients’ strategic plans and business objectives.
Liz’s previous background in sales and marketing gives her the unique ability to build contracts and agreements that both protect her clients’ interests and strengthen the business’ ability to grow and succeed.
Liz’s practice encompasses many areas of law, including business transactions, commercial and residential real estate, business succession planning and regulatory compliance. She is particularly passionate about the intersection of environmental law and business law, often leading work on environmental matters involving WDNR and EPA permitting and enforcement actions.
