Kelly Gorman focuses her practice on business law.
She provides a wide range of legal services to companies of various sizes in diverse industries, including contract drafting and review, entity formation/dissolution, compliance (Corporate Transparency Act), and mergers and acquisition assistance. As a Board Member and writer for the State Bar of Wisconsin, Kelly works to examine and advance law in the Business Section. Following in the firm’s belief in community involvement, Kelly additionally volunteers with various organizations and charities, providing needed assistance.
