Headquartered in downtown Milwaukee, Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C. is a full-service law firm confidently serving individuals, businesses, families, and estates since 1962. FOS clients receive expert representation at a reasonable cost.
The Founders of FOS
In 1962, new lawyer William Fitzhugh Fox opened a general practice business law firm. He was soon joined by the late Bruce C. O’Neill and Thomas P. Shannon, forming the original “FOS” of Fox, O’Neill & Shannon.
Over sixty years later, FOS maintains a roster of the highest qualified attorneys drawn from the ranks of Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals law clerks, prominent CPA accounting firms, and Milwaukee’s District Attorney office. FOS alumni include Milwaukee County Circuit Court judges, including its former Chief Judge.
Community Involvement
Fox, O’Neill & Shannon’s attorneys and staff believe community involvement is an essential part of their contributions to the greater Milwaukee area. Since the firm’s inception, civic and community involvement has been the rule for the firm, its attorneys, and its staff.
