FOS was part of the successful team representing a client in Two Unnamed Petitioners v. Peterson, the decision rendered by the Wisconsin Supreme Court on July 16, 2015 that ended a long-running John Doe investigation. FOS continues to represent the Wisconsin Club for Growth in state court litigation challenging the manner in which the investigation was undertaken.
